It has bumper production in 20 villages of Jalore district. Karda village is at the forefront in its production because this area has the maximum number of thorny bushes and shrubs. Its production is very easy. The farmer neither needs to sow it nor take care of it. This is a fruit that is prepared automatically.

Khejri in the desert
Khejri plant is found in large numbers in the desert region of Rajasthan. This is a plant that grows in dry areas. Sangri is obtained only from this. Fresh sangri is used in making vegetables. You can dry them and use them throughout the year. Sangri is a vegetable that grows in sandy areas and grows very fast during the rainy season. This is a vegetable grown in dry areas. It is prepared by mixing it with ker which is called ker sangri sabzi.

Ker can be cultivated in both sandy and barren lands. This plant is found in wild form in the desert of Rajasthan. Its saplings and seeds are prepared from naturally occurring plants and are planted as new plants. In most of the dry areas of Rajasthan, where there is no irrigation facility and the land is barren, the cultivation of ker is no less than a boon for such places. Ker is used as a vegetable, for making pickles and is also used as a medicine.
